The Dynamic Power rangers have faced their first test with the help of the mysterious Taylor Hicks. They're still without a Red Ranger and a new threat looms over Starweather Valley as the alien invaders, the Warstars, attempt to conquer planet Earth. When the Rangers are nearly defeated, Taylor Hicks once again comes to rescue and reveals that he can become the Dynamic Ranger Red. He helps them defeat the alien but prepares to leave Sky Base until it's revealed that now he is the only one who can become the Dynamic Red Ranger and lead the new team of the planetary defenders.

The newest team of Power Rangers is getting off to a rocky start. They don't know much about each other, their enemy or their new natures due to bonding with these Dynamic Morphers meant for an alien race. Sinclair Monning is finding his new powers are drawing him to water. When the Warstars send Lieutenant Kuufor to get rid of Rangers, they must learn to operate and cooperate their new MacroZords and defeat him. Dealing with a Warstar Lieutenant bent on freezing the planet was easy enough, even with a busted leg, but how the heck was she going to get Grace Beauchamp off her back?

When a musical maniac cmes to Earth for his grand performance, he gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "noise pollution". His music attacks the nervous system of any lifeform that isn't a Warstar! Taylor and lark are more severely affected and must work together to solve this problem once and for all. Does the beautiful voice of a mysterious girl hold the key? Will Lark be able to accept that not everything is science and find her true power?

A mysterious illness seems to affecting the around a free clinic in a neighborhood in Starkweather Valley. Nia Cruz, a nurse, seeks help from Sinclair and the other Dynamic Rangers. When the patients start turning into Oozers can Sin and the others defeat a grinning alien with jaws of steel and an infectious sneeze?

Taylor sees a familiar and unexpected face in Starkweather Valley. Rena Hart! But not really. When he's hit with a Thunder attack, he learns that she's been possessed by the spirit of a dead sorceress. Meanwhile, Kragar and one of his subordinates attacks the Earth. Swirrun is fast and light on his feet. So fast he's almost impossible to see. Still injured from his earlier encounter, Taylor and Kragar face off and he almost loses. Can the Rangers find the will within themselves to overcome these obsticles and win the day?

Gore and Lark are summoned away from Sky Base by family members. What exactly is the relationship among the odd trio of Gore, Lark and Sin? A new War Star is appears to do research on the best way to conquer Earth. Though he seems a nerdy weakling at first, he later proves himself a formidable adversary. How does a weekend of planting tulips for his crotchety Gramps help Gore tackle this alien threat? He might have to get his hands dirty to unlock his true potential.

And its brother vs. sister when it's up to Rex Hart to face-off against Azula, who know has the ability to transform into the Cobalt Wolf Knight? Can the Rangers and their allies defeat Drage and save the world. How will Taylor finally get rid of Azula once and for all?
